If you believe that a donation has been mistakenly charged for some reason please contact GiveEasy immediately at email@example.com.
Legally, donations cannot be refunded unless a mistake has been made by the donor.
GiveEasy will evaluate each case. If it is found that a mistake (or a double charge has been made by the donor), GiveEasy will take reasonable steps to contact the charity to which the donation has been made to alert them of this.
GiveEasy will refund the transaction back onto the donor's credit card ONLY if the charity is in agreement that they will then refund GiveEasy the monies back.
Once GiveEasy has the money back from the charity, GiveEasy will make this payment within 3 business days to the donor.
