Dollar handles are clickable buttons which are pre-filled with specific amounts. It is primarily used to suggest an amount to donate to a supporter who is not sure what to contribute.
Examples:
- 4x Dollar Handles (button) above the donation form
- 3x Dollar Handles (image + button + text) below the main content of your appeal
Which templates can I use with Dollar Handles?
The new "Quick & Easy" and "Advanced" templates both come with pre-configured dollar handles. If you are using an older template, then you will be required to insert them.
What are the different types of Dollar Handles?
There are three types of dollar handles that you can use.
1. Button (called Simple) |

How to edit existing Dollar Handles?
Important note: You must edit two things:
- The displayed text of the button.
- The amount value that should be pre-filled when the button is clicked.
Edit Dollar Handles above the donation form:
Config / Edit icons
Section (tile) configuration
Edit content - change the displayed text of the button
Edit amount - change the amount value that should be pre-filled when the button is clicked.

We recommend not to delete them, but simply to hide them. Empty space will not be shown once the page is published.
