Thank you pages

Each donation page can have its own thank you page associated with it. So you can run multiple appeals with different thank you pages. Note, if you do not make any changes, a default thank you page will be in place meaning you don't actually need to create a new one to accept donations.

To create your new customised thank you page:

1. In the back-end of the platform goto My Thank you pages on the left hand side

2. Click on Manage Thank You Pages

3. Create New Page

4. Just like the donation pages, it will ask you to name your thank you page

5. You can now make changes including fonts, videos, customised fields, images

6. Remember to publish your thank you page

7. Once you have a finalised thank you page, you will need to link it to the specific donation page

8. Go back to the My Appeals and Manage Appeals

9. Find the specific donation page

10. You should see a title called "Custom Thank you Page"

11. From the drop down, select the thank you page which you have just created

12. It should now appear
